INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
Competitive dancers are chosen through an audition process at the end of each season. These dancers dedicate a greater amount of time to being at the studio each. These dancers learn special pieces of choreography which they take to competitions in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. At MCSOD we believe competitions are a great way to boost a child's self confidence and make life long friends. Our focus is on self improvement and encouraging our dancers to be the best that they can be.
As dancers get older, more advanced, and move through the levels, they begin to learn new skills, develop their technique, and further their dance education.
Advanced dancers work each week on expanding their abilities through strength, flexibility, and technique. This level of dance requires a higher level of commitment than Beginner or Intermediate.
